Who Am I Anyways? 
My name is Mike Gorski - Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer.

First and foremost, I am an advocate for health. Whether it is food, exercise, mental health, or any other form, I want everyone to live their best life - healthy, strong, and motivated.

Becoming a Registered Dietitian took 4 years of undergrad, and one year of a Dietetic Internship with tons of real world, hands on experience. This level of education and experience was invaluable, and I learned a ton from it. 

Being an RD allows me to legally give out nutrition advice, “prescribe” nutrition plans and strategies, and implement what is called Medical Nutrition Therapy - or - using nutrition to improve medical conditions. This is what sets RD's apart from other nutrition coaches.

I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2009, and have worked with 100's of individuals since, and continue to train both in person and online today.

The field of exercise science, nutrition, and health is super dynamic, confusing and always evolving. 

It is crucial to stay up to date on what is new, what works, what is fad, what is garbage, what is groundbreaking, etc.

My job is to take this information, help YOU apply it, and see long lasting, healthy and sustainable results.
